A quick reference for the insertion/retention force window your press-fit contacts should fall in, per IEC 60352-5 / IPC-9797. For machine programming, ZEUEE sets the live force window against your actual contact.
How to read this: insertion force above the window risks pin buckling or hole-wall damage; below the retention floor, the contact may loosen under vibration. ZEUEE machines monitor every stroke against the programmed window and flag out-of-spec contacts at the station.
